MANILA CLUB takes over Club's food operations

February 24, 2011  |    Share

Manila Club has taken over the food operations at NSC for a renewable one-year period.  Manila Club is the oldest club in the Philippines with a 130-year history and was formerly located in Dallas Street, Makati City until end of February this year when their lease contract expired.

It must be noted that the original members from Manila Club founded NSC in 1914.

It is currently serving food based on a small menu with plans to expand the selection in the next couple of weeks. This will include: Sunday Traditional Roast Lunch; Saturday evening BBQ for members and guests.

And Friday Evening Curry Buffet.

NSC with MC can now do home catering.

These include Roast Turkey - Baked Ham and other roasted meat. A full catering menu will be available for the members.

The coffee shop will be decorated within 2 weeks and MC have placed some of their old-world furniture inside.

There will be more furniture and paintings installed within the next 10 days and the room will have a traditional European decoration and ambience.

Fine meals will be served in the coffee shop such as steaks, roast dishes and full sit down meals

An area in the coffee shop will have a small deli and wine cellar.

Many thanks to Le Delice for their support as concenssionaire during the past few years. By Jonathan Thorp
