Dear Ms Fetalino
Thousands of miles away at my office here in Canada, memories of another day in The Philippines prompted me to go to the Nomads website. What was supposed to be a revisit of fond memories (we were members between 1996 and 2004) gave way to real sadness when I learnt of Mang Jun’s passing. He was one of the nicest people we have ever known and everything that the writer of the news item had said resonated with me and my wife Jayashree. It was with tears that we read of his casket being draped in a Nomads flag.
I know that if we do visit Nomads sometime in the future, our joy of returning will be matched by the sadness his absence will bring.
I hope and pray that his soul rests in peace.

Dear Ms Fetalino,
